Please Note:
There are no discounts for partial attendance and no single or two-day passes. Please do not ask. We want everyone coming to attend the whole event.
Please be sure of your ticket purchase, as no full refunds are available due to operating costs and processing time. Your ticket is final regardless of attendance. You cannot sell or transfer your ticket to a friend.
Each person must submit their own separate registration. Your space is not reserved until we receive your payment in full.
Children/Teens: The fee for children (4-12) is $300. Children 3 and under are free. Please keep in mind that we do not have a children’s program. Teens and children who can participate with awareness of the group are welcome to attend. If a child is distracting group attention during a Song Circle or movement practice, we ask that the child be attended to quickly and/or led away to an engaging adventure.
Work Exchange: We have very limited availability for work exchange. We have two types of work exchange positions for 2026. The fee for work exchange is $275. Work exchange positions will be offered once the lottery is complete.

Set-Up/Take Down: Set-up/Take-Down work exchange people need to arrive by 11:00 am on Thursday and stay on Sunday until clean-up is finished. That is about 4 hours of set-up and 4 hours of take-down. Some of the work is physical. We especially need people who can lift and carry things.
No Part-Time Tickets: As we intend to foster an ever-deepening sense of community over the arc of the weekend, we are requesting particiipants attend the entire gathering Thursday thru Sunday.
You are free, of course, to attend to your needs, but please do not ask for a discount or a one or two day pass. We also do not enjoy the extra administration that arranging for part-time tickets entails
Soul Village Scholarship Fund
$25.00 - $1000.00
To help make camp accessible to folks from historically marginalized communities who may otherwise be unable to attend, we are introducing a scholarship fund. If you can afford to donate $25 or more to this fund, we will use the money to subsidize scholarship applicants. Simply add your donation to your check amount or use the credit/debit card button below.

We gladly accept donations to our scholarship fund, which provides financial assistance to help members of under-represented groups attend Soul Village. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please contact the registrar.
