Camping & Cabins:
Our site, Cedar Springs, has plenty of room for your tent or van. There are bath-houses with flush toilets and warm showers. There are rustic, summer camp-type cabins with bunk beds on a first come, first serve basis (dorm-style), so choose your bed when you arrive.  Please note: They are all shared cabins. There will be 1 or 2 designated 'women or female-identified' cabins, and 1 'men or male-identified' cabins. No bedding is provided, so come prepared with whatever you need to sleep comfortably.

Food:
The Cedar Springs kitchen staff will provide meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday with a make your own lunch before departure. There will be omnivore, vegetarian, and gluten-free options with some vegan options available upon request. You may bring essential food you need for a special diet; please be aware there is VERY limited fridge space.

 

Coffee, tea and light snacks will be available.
 
What if I can only come for part of the gathering?
There are no single-day tickets, nor partial weekend tickets. We prefer everyone to be present for the whole event. If you need to miss a small portion of the weekend, that is okay, but there is no discount available. Please do not ask. Seriously.

Tech at Camp:

While you are with us, we invite you to embrace a tech-free experience. That said, we understand there are families and other obligations you may need to tend while you are away. There is limited cell reception at Cedar Springs, and no wifi is provided. The town of North Fork has a coffee shop called Hot Shot Coffee Shack that provides internet/wifi for customers.
